All orders made on jgtimeless.com website qualify for free shipping worldwide.
Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order on the payment page.
Australia
Orders received before 2:00pm AEDT Monday to Friday have the following delivery timeframes:
Metro Areas - 1-3 Business Days
Orders received after 2:00pm AEDT Monday to Friday have the following delivery timeframes:
Metro Areas - 3-5 Business Days
For deliveries within Australia, we use an Australia Post courier for express and standard deliveries. Delivery times listed above are an estimate only. By accepting our terms and conditions upon placing your order you agree that JG Timeless is not liable for any delay in delivery. Please allow an additional 1 to 3 business days for delivery of any orders to Western Australia or outside of a metropolitan area. These delivery timeframes may be updated at our discretion at any time where necessary.
Outside Australia
Deliveries to the rest of the world will take up to 14 business days. Please allow additional 5 business days for delivery of any orders outside metropolitan areas. These delivery timeframes may be updated at our discretion at any time where necessary. Contact our customer care team on +61391201970 if you require expedited delivery for an additional fee.
DELIVERY PROCESS

Once your order has been dispatched from our design and manufacture studio, you will receive an email with tracking details, which will allow you to track your order every step of the way. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account.

Orders will be delivered between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that a person is available at your delivery address as a signature will be requested upon delivery. If an authorised person is not able to sign for your delivery the driver will leave a card and the delivery will be returned to the nearest collection centre for you to collect. Please ensure your delivery details are correct as we are unable to re-direct deliveries once your order has been dispatched. A re-delivery fee will apply if we have to re-deliver your order.
Lost or Damaged Goods
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Care Team within 7 business days of placing your order so that we may assist you.
Taxes & Duties
International shipping costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. JG Timeless reserves the right to deduct any return costs incurred from the total return amount for orders that are refused at customs should duties and taxes be unpaid.
Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

Cancelling an Order
Once your order has been placed online you cannot cancel the order. We are also unable to cancel an order or stop an order from being dispatched on your request. If you have incorrectly placed an order, please refer to our Returns Policy.
Late Deliveries
We make every attempt to deliver goods within the estimated time frame however, we will not accept any responsibility or liability for any late deliveries and may vary from product to product. From time to time, we may post a notice on our website informing of a shipping black out period.
